For every Dax product sold, points
are rewarded to a specific member of the Partner's
Marketing Team, for efforts put in to promote/build-in
Dax products into the End-User's networking
solution. This team member is called a 'Drona'.
The team member must attend the Dax ADSP Orientation
Program to qualify as a Dax Drona. Every Dax
Partner must assign two Dax Dronas to the
Reward Program.

- Log on to www.daxdrona.com
- Complete the New User sign-in 'Registration
Form' and click on "Submit". You will receive
an acknowledgement mail, with your chosen
Dax Drona-ID and Dax Drona 'Approval Sign-up
Form', which will help you complete the
sign-up process.
- Fill up the 'Approval Sign-up Form' and
email it to your Manager for approval.
- Forward the approved form to
dronaadmin@daxdrona.com.
- You will receive your activated Dax
Drona-ID within 3 working days.

To ensure continuity in availability of a Dax trained resource at the Partner,it is necessary to have two Dronas. |

Dax Drona-ID is the user name you
have chosen at the time of Registration. Use your Drona-ID
when you logon to www.daxdrona.com to:
- Browse and enjoy access to all sections
of the website.
- Check out new reward offers.
- Submit your claims.
- Check the status of your Personal Dax
Drona Account, and
- Redeem your points.

Dax Drona Reward Program is exclusive
to a Dax Partner's bona fide Marketing Team
member. To maintain this exclusivity we need
a no-objection from your Manager.
|
|
|
We need your shipping address to
courier your Rewards Vouchers to you. You must
always maintain your latest updated shipping
address, to avoid loss in transit of your
Rewards Vouchers.
|
|
|
Click on the "forgot password" link on the Dax Drona home page and enter your Drona user id(which is your valid email id as well) and your Date of Birth which you keyed in at the time of signing-up. If the answer matches, we will email the password to your registered mail- id.
|
|
|
No. Since, it is difficult to authenticate
proxy sign-ups on the web, Dronas must sign
in separately.
|
|
|
Dax's Dax Drona Reward Program allows
the Dax Drona to carry forward points, whether
the new organization is a Dax Partner or not.
You must send in a written declaration that
your new organization has no objection to
your continuing as Dax Drona.
|
|
a. Log on to www.daxdrona.com.
b. Key-in your Dax Drona-ID and password.
c. Click on the "New Claim" link.
d. Key-in the details required in the Claim
Form and click on "Submit".
e. The system will automatically email a copy
of the Claim Form to
dronaadmin@daxdrona.com
f. You will receive an email confirmation
from Dax.

Immediately after filling your Claim,
as above, on the Dax Drona website, you must
submit a hard-copy of the following documents,
in order to enable Dax approve your Reward
Points expeditiously:
- Copy of Invoice raised on End-User (with/without
selling price)
- Copy of End-User Purchase Order (with/without
selling price)
- Copy of Dax or Dax Distributor's Invoice
(in full)
Please hand-write your Dax Drona-ID on all
the above documents, to speed up processing
and prevent any third-party counter claims
in future.
On receipt of documents, authentication would
commence. The entire process of authorization
could take up to maximum of five working days.
Once authenticated, Reward Points would be
credited to your Personal Account. These may
be viewed in the "Claims Score Card" section.

For two reasons:
a) Reward points can be credited only once;when Dax products are finally sold for installation at an end-User site.
b) The Dax Drona Reward Program is exclusive
to Dax Dronas. We must ensure that all Rewards
due to you are credited only to you, without
any future discrepancy/claims.
|
|
|
The claims submitted by you could
possibly be rejected on the grounds that the
documents provided are insufficient to authorize
the claim. You would be intimated on your e-mail-ID to enable you to provide the
missing documents.
|
|
- Pending Authorization: Your claim
has been logged on to the website & acknowledged
by Dax. However, we are awaiting documents
required from you to substantiate the
claims.
- Being Processed: We are in the
process of checking the validity of your
claims/documents.
- On hold: : Your claim is on hold and you have to send some pending documents specified within 30 days, failing which your claim will be cancelled. (If Dax does not receive the complete supporting documents)
- Authorized: We have authorized
your claim and Reward Points have been
credited to your Personal Account.
- Rejected: Your claim has been
rejected because it's not a valid sale
or you haven't sent us the right documents
to substantiate the claim, despite repeated
reminders.

You need to accumulate a minimum
of 5000 points before you start redeeming
your Reward Points.
|
|
- Log on to www.daxdrona.com.
- Key-in your Dax Drona-ID and password.
- Click on the "Redeem Points" link.
- Key-in the details required in the 'Reward
Redemption Form' and click on"Submit".
- The system will automatically email
a copy of the 'Reward Redemption Form'
to dronaadmin@daxdrona.com
- You will receive an email confirmation
from Dax confirming the date on which
your Rewards voucher will be couriered to
you.

Depends on the Reward you select.
It will take an average of
30-45 days for Dax
to courier the Rewards voucher to you.
|
|
- Dax reserves the right to release,
withdraw &/or replace products in the
Product-Point Matrix at anytime during
the Reward Program period.
- Dax reserves the right to change the
Reward Points in the Product-Point Matrix
at anytime during the Reward Program period.
- Dax reserves the right to amend, modify
or withdraw the Reward Program by giving
90 days prior notice to all registered
Dronas on their registered email-id.
- A Dax Drona can accrue unlimited points in a year.
- The maximum points that a Dax Drona can claim from a single project win is 2,00,000 points.
- All Claims have to be submitted online
only. However, related claim supporting
documents must be submitted as hard copies,
with Drona-ID hand-written on them.
- Claims can be submitted only by Dax
Dronas.
- Reward Points may be redeemed at the
Dax Drona's discretion, at any time but
within one year of authorization.
- Claims supported with only Proforma
Invoice and Delivery Challan would not
be accepted.

Dax reserves the right to amend/modify the Holiday destination during the reward program period if needed.

- Dax Dronas would be credited Overall
Reward Points (ORPs) based on the Total
Purchase Value reflected in the Dax Distributor
Invoice Copy or the Dax Direct Invoice;
once it has been matched to the End-User
Purchase Order to OR Invoice from; the
Drona organization.
- The Overall Reward Points (ORPs) credited,
would be computed equal to 0.5% of Total
Purchase Value, matched as above and
rounded of to the nearest 10 Reward Points.
- If this same Purchase Order contains any Dax product list in the product Point Matrix,
Bonus Reward Points (BRPs) would be credited
to the Dax Drona.(Please refer link Point Matrix)

- This Reward Program takes effect from
April 1st 2007.
- Each Dax Partner Organization must start
with two Dax Drona members registered
on the Reward Program. There is no limit
to the maximum number of Drona enrolments
from a partner organization.
